MKSAP 18 FAQs

When will MKSAP 18 be available?

Part A Print published 7/31/18, and Part B Print publishes 12/31/18. Part A Digital publishes 8/31/18, and Part B Digital 1/31/19. You will receive an email as each part that you purchased is published.

Why can’t I access MKSAP 18 Digital?

Customers with existing ACP Online accounts.

You need to log in to your ACP Online account where the MKSAP 18 Digital or Complete purchase resides. If you create a new account and attempt to use MKSAP 18, you will not have access since your order was not processed as part of this new account.

To access your account, please visit ACP Online and click on the green Log In button. Be sure to enter the user name and password for your ACP account where you purchased MKSAP 18. (If you’re already logged in to an incorrect account, you need to go to MyACP, click Sign Out, and then log in to the correct account.)

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by entering your email address here.

Once you’re logged in, if you hover over the green MyACP button, you will see MKSAP 18 in the popup box that appears. You can click on it and go directly to MKSAP 18 Digital.

New customers without existing accounts.

If you’re a new customer without an existing ACP Online account, you need to register to get started. On the ACP Online home page, click on the green Log In button in the upper right. Click on “Need to Register?” from the drop-down menu. This will take you through the steps of setting up your ACP Online username and password. Be sure to use the same email address that you provided at the time of order.
